The Ancient Chateau of Villard where Robert went to work as a bouvier, taking care of the Charolais cattle. I love to visit this chateau and imagine Rebecca and her brother and Mme Soupet walking back to the chateau on the old Roman road. It was on this road also that Jeanne D'Arc traveled on November 4th, 1429 to liberate Saint Pierre le Moûtier.
